I ship world-wide for an additional shipping charge and I combine shipping so as to decrease total shipping charges. The USA Post Office postal rates were significantly raised on January 27, 2013. In the past I mailed postcards between 2 pieces of stiff cardboard as a “First Class Parcel”. This insured that there would be no bending of the postcard. This on the average cost $1.98 when mailed to USA addresses and $3.78 - $4.50 when sent to international addresses. The new rates for USA addresses are mostly $2.07, however , for international rates, $6.50 and higher. I am therefore mailing postcards to international addresses without cardboard, unless the buyer requests such packaging and is willing to pay for it. I will charge $2.25 for shipping and handling for international shipments for up to 3 postcards in a “flexible” envelope. If I use an envelope with stiff, non-bending cardboard, I will charge $6.50 to most international addresses. However, to some international destinations I am charged more by the post office and will have to charge accordingly. Also for larger number of cards bought at a time, and for larger amounts spent, I will discount the shipping charges for all customers.
