Martin Luther King Jr Mlk Signed Psa/dna; March On Washington? Low Opening Bid For SaleUp for sale is a Martin Luther King Jr. boldly signed pamphlet entitled "our stake in human rights." In my non-expert opinion, I would say this autograph would grade a 9 or a 10.
! My research has found:
- These pamphlets were issued by the Industrial Union department of the AFL-CIO in Washington, D.C., no year given but around 1960.
- They contain seven articles of the United Nations Universal Declaration of Human Rights, notably those pertaining to labor rights.
- I do not know when this was signed, but this was quite possibly signed during the 1963 March on Washington, D.C., which brought Martin Luther King Jr. together with labor union leader Walter Reuther (who also spoke).
- In fact, it was very easy for me to go online and find numerous clear pictures of King and Reuther side by side on that very day.
