REGARDING SHIPPING to Canada: It appears three options exist; First Class in a rigid stay flat envelope at $9.55 / First class in a standard manila soft/bendable envelope for $4.05 / and in a Priority Legal FLAT rate envelope at $19.95. The calculator shows the wrong Priority option / and if you are okay with a non-rigid mailer, the cost will be kept down considerably. Hopefully I have found all the options, Regards, oilgasboy
