Menu -chicago And Grand Trunk Railway On The Great Niagra Falls Line For Sale
Hello and welcome to this Menu from the Chicago and Grand Trunk Railway on the Great Niagray Falls Air Line. It is published by Rand McNally and Company. This is a fold out menu cover with the menu on separate paper placed inside. I have seen a similar menu that was dated to 1885, but I can't confirm the date as the menu is undated. The food and beverages featured are Champagne($3.50 a Quart) , Wine, Beer($.20 a pint, Old Sour Mash Whisky($1 a pint), and for food, there is Fruit, Bread, Broiled Fish, Steak, Tongue, Eggs, Potatoes, and Cod Fish Balls! all for 75 cents. The photos show the front cover, menu insert, and the front and back cover combined. You can see there are no tears. It measures 4 1/4" wide by 6" tall. There is age related fading, a little bit of staining, and the smallest bit of edge wear.
