Mid Century Modern “WMF” Silver Plate Cream and Sugar Set - Made in Germany (Wurttembergische Metallwaren Fabrik)

A modern cream and sugar serving set in silver plate. The set was made in Germany by the Wurttembergische Metallwaren Fabrik company.

Creamer:

Modern design with two cone shaped feet and loop handle.

Measures 5 3/16” long x 2 1/4” wide x 2 1/4” high.

Marked on the top of the handle with “WMF” in a box with an arched top, this mark was used between 1935 and 1965, (please see photos.)

Very good condition with a small ‘rough’ spot on the tip, very light tarnishing, and light surface scratches.

Sugar Bowl:

Modern oval design with four cone shaped feet,

Measures 4 3/16” long x 2 7/8” wide x 1 1/2” high.

Marked on the bottom “WMF” in a box with an arched top, this mark was used between 1935 and 1965, (please see photos.)

Very good condition with very light surface tarnishing.
