Nice folk art landscape with a lake, houses, boats and a fisherman.

I am not sure exactly how old this piece is, but I am thinking mid-century by looking at the back of it.
Very charming painting.
Framed in a gold wood frame.
It has some writing in the back of the frame, but I could not read it.
The painting has some rips, crackling and scuffs on it, so it needs some restoration. It could also use a cleaning. The wood frame has some small dings on it. Please see pictures for more details.
Dimensions of frame: approx 31 1/2\" x 24 3/4\".
Dimensions of canvas: approx 27\" x 20\".
