This is an elegant, yet modern style authentic Mikimoto Akoya pendant with 2 pearls and 2 diamonds on an attached 18k white gold chain that is adjustable to be 16\" or 18\" long. The cultured akoya pearls are 4mm and 6.5 mm with 0.05 diamond weight. See the authentic clam shell marking in the pics. This necklace has barely been worn and is in EXCELLENT, LIKE NEW CONDITION.
