1900's era Mills "Bursting Cherry" 5 cent machine

This model, was very popular slot machine. As with all Mills machines, the "Cherry" models were very colorful, original in design, and invariably the center of much player interest. this one is In original, un-restored condition. I do not know the exact year. but figured this model was made from 1910 to the 1930's

The Cherry got its names from the extra payout of 10 instead of 5 when 2 cherries and a bell or lemon turned up. "Bursting Cherry" Slot Machine in good condition for the time period, non restored. with a working mechanical pull arm. The Bursting Cherry slot features an elaborate cherry design on the front, The machine does not have the key lock on the back. and shows signs of wear from the years. It does work and pays out when it hits. I do not know how many nickels is in the pay out slot. but it does come with some nickels that are in the machine. The sides and base of this machine are made of
solid wood - Its a very heavy & sturdy slot!
