Shipping Information We make every attempt to ship the same day on orders received by 3:00 pm if we have received notice of payment. We ship with the lowest cost and fastest carrier based on the product size and weight as we want to accommodate your timing and budget. Who we use is our decision unless you would like to make a special request. If we can combine shipping then we will do so automatically. Gas Powered Products: Because of issues with shipping gasoline we prefer that gas products be taken to a local service center. We will be happy to provide the location of service centers in your area or you can go to the manufacturers website. If you do need to return a gas powered item you must empty the tank and lines completely To do this: Drain the fuel tank, re-tighten the gas cap, and start the unit and let it run until it stops. Only then you will know that it is empty. Make sure you tighten the oil cap completely.
