Welcome to Beth's Craft Shop sales! We are only able to list a small quantity of items on so please do check our other shops for more fun and exciting items for the whole family, including those dear furry babies! I offer hand crochet and knit items for just about anyone and anything! I do take special requests for items you would like to see in my shop.

I started selling on , December 2007 and have been selling off and on ever since then. I am a highly skilled professional crafter, and all items are made of the best quality and softest materials I can find. I don't typically use 'Red Heart Super Saver' like other crafters out there unless the BUYER wants a particular color and they request this yarn, I refuse to use this yarn unless the BUYER has specified this yarn.

The item in this sale is a one of a kind, handmade item made in Cypress, TX. All items are made with 100% super soft acrylic yarn unless BUYER would like the items to be made with another fiber. I can find just about any color and any type of fiber you might be interested in, there may be additional charges. All items are made AFTER I have received a cleared payment, NO EXCEPTIONS!

You will receive the item in the photo exactly as shown unless otherwise specified! You must contact me after the sale or BIN with the size you need and if you would like the item in a different color, if no color is specified the item will be made in the colors shown.

WAIT TIMES

During my off season I can typcially get items made and mailed within 24-48 hrs after a cleared payment, on some occasions it may take upto a week. During the Holiday season (August to December) you can expect delays upto 4-6 weeks, so it is best to order EARLY!

If you would like to enquire about current wait times prior to purchasing feel free to contact me. I will typically get back to you within 24 hrs with any enquiries you might have.

PAYMENT

ALL sales must be paid within 3 days after winning the sale or using BIN, unless the BUYER has made other arrangements with me. All unpaid sales or BIN will be canceled on the 4th day, if BUYER hasn't made other arrangements.

Paypal is the ONLY method of payment of , however I do offer an array of options on my Etsy store or website.

SHIPPING

I do ship wordwide! US residents are offered USPS and UPS services, EVERYWHERE ELSE is shipped strickly with USPS. Rates have gone up significantly on packages going out of the country so please beaware of this when purchasing.

Items shipped to the US will have delivery confirmation and if you choose UPS it will also have insurance upto $100. Items shipped via USPS will ship first class unless the weight exceeds 13oz then it will ship Priority or Parcel post depending on the weight and cost of service. First class takes 2-5 days on average to reach the buyer, Priority takes 2-3 days on average, and Express is an overnight service and must be requested. UPS takes on average 4 days.

Items shipped out of the country will ship with USPS, there is NO tracking available and takes on average 2-3 weeks to receive, may take upto 45 days during the busy seasons. If you would like tracking or a faster shipping service please contact me prior to purchasing, once the item has been paid for it will ship via the slowest shipping method unless buyer has specified otherwise.

These time frames are AFTER the item has been made and placed into the mail! You will receive notification from when your item ships!

If you need you item by a specified date, please let me know with purchase. I do take RUSH orders (orders that I have to stop what I am doing to make them NOW to get them out ASAP) however I do charge an additional $15 during the holiday season - August-December - no charge in our off season!

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Sometimes things happen while it is in the mail and you don't receive your package, and in these cases I willgladlyship out a NEW item if and only if the tracking states it was never delivered to you. In these cases it will ship with the same shipping the buyer originally purchased, if you need the item to get to you faster the buyer will be responsible for all additional shipping costs.

If items are lost or stolen for out of the country packages I will offer a partial refund (cost of the item only), since I can not verify if you actually did receive your item I can't offer a refund on the shipping cost.

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

Refunds are not offered UNLESS the item HAS NOT been made yet, once the items ship the only option would be to exchange the item for another size. Exchanges are accepted within 14 days after receiving the item, only for another size (if wrong size was selected). I will provide return shipping in the US only when you receive your new item. All other countrys will have to provide shipping to and from, so it is important for these buyers to purchase the correct size.

I am always willing to work with you about an item, if the item isn't how it should be or it seems like it might be damaged please feel free to give me response so I can fix the problem if it came from my end of things. I am always trying to find new ways to improve my items, so if an item arrives in unsatisfactory condition please let me know. If it was damaged in shipping, Iunfortunatelyam unable to fix those problems but I can send you a new replacement item in those cases free (ONLY IN THE US).
