A strong steel pin goes through the center to hold them together & adjust left to right. These mirror mounts are madeso that the screws can be tightened just enough to swivel the mirror to the desired position.
Measurements: Each flange:1 5/16" high x13/16" wide. Pin: 1 1/2" long x 7/32" diameter. 8 screws are included.
