Order of Combat Valor

This is a beautiful and scarce Mongolian Order of Combat Valor, serial number 5853. In all, 5,000 type 1, variation 2 Orders of Combat Valor were manufactured at the Moscow Mint (for many years all Mongolian awards were produced in the Soviet Union) between 1959 and 1987 (serial numbers 1001-6000). This piece has an exceptionally high serial number and was probably awarded in 1987.

The order is in excellent condition; the enamel is flawless and the silver shows just some very minor wear.The central disk is glued to the order.With very light patina and original screwplate.

The reserve price is $200.
