NEW OUT OF DAMAGED BOX, Monster High Deluxe High School MAIN PART OF HOUSE ONLY. I have listed it as used because it is missing pieces (the furniture and other rooms), but it is brand new. This one has been assembled for pictures and to insure all parts are present. This sale is for the MAIN PART OF THE DOLL HOUSE SCHOOL ONLY, there is NO FURNITURE AND IT DOES NOT COME WITH THE ORIGINAL BOX. Pictures show EVERYTHING you will receive. You will receive ONLY what is pictured (MAIN PART OF SCHOOL with ALL essential parts to put it together, instructions and doll clips for each room). The School will be disassembled for shipment, it has some pretty large pieces and will require a pretty large box. It weighs about 12 lbs. boxed. Shipping may be lower than quoted (you will pay actual shipping plus $2 for the cost of a box and supplies) I will refund any postage paid over that. I will ship it at the lowest cost possible.
I have more than one of these, so some items that are shown put together will still be in sealed bags.Some packages show a bit of shelf wear.
