Please remember that our items are in gently used condition and we do not take these items to get them dry-cleaned if the tags say dry-clean only. (Unless other wise stated in the description) If we did this, we would have to add $5 to $25 to the cost of the item so we leave that decision to the buyer to dry-clean or not. (Some people would rather launder their dry-clean-able items with Woolite instead of having those dry cleaning chemicals touch their skin) We do launder items that look like they have been worn. If the item looks like it is new without the tags, or has a dry-cleaners ticket on it, we do not launder these items. We include pictures of all defects, rips, tears, fraying, stains, etc., (if it can be seen with the naked eye) but sometimes a flaw may get past our visual inspection process. If this should happen with the item you have purchased please let us know before leaving negative response.
