Up for sale is a like new 1/32 scale model of the X-15 experimental research rocket plane. The model is made of wood (the fuel vent tubes are made of metal wire). The model has been displayed for approximately one year at my place of work. When I changed jobs the model went back into its original shipping container where it has remained for the past two years. The model is 18.5 inches long and 8 inches wide. Picture #1 allows you to compare the size of this model to astandard 1960's topping resin model. As you can see it is noticeable larger.

This same model is available onthe Toys and Models Corporationwebsite for $179.99(currently out of stock, however) and an example is currently listed on for $159.99. I am starting the offerding for this pristine like-new model at only $24.99 plus shipping. The shipping rate I am charging has been determined by the size of the container necessary to safely deliver the model and reflects what it will actually cost to mail the item. It can be delivered priority mail (2-3 days) for $20.60 or standard shipping (5-10 days) for $16.05. Winning buyer can select from either of these options during checkout.
