I started purchasing swords from Masa within the last year to add to my extensive collection. I have been to Japan numerous times and the quality of his swords are equal to or better than most Japanese sword shops there.

Condition and Appealing Point:

Kanetusa was one of the sword smiths in the Mino, Seki Kuni during the end of Muromachi Period- Tenbun Era (1532-1555).

Jihada and Hamon are beautiful, with slight stains at some places on the blade. But overall condition is good.

A beautiful Ken Hanabishi Family Cresta is printed on the Koshirae.

The shape of Tsuba is also very nice.

・ In case the buyer rejects the item, and the item is returned to Japan, restocking fee will be bound by the buyer. (see fee details below).

If the sword is returned to Japan, seller needs to reapply sword license and permission from the Japanese government, and license fee applies.

It takes up to several months to have the license reissued by the Japanese Government,

and unless the seller confirms the item is properly returned and license is reissued, money cannot be returned to the buyer.
