TheNegro boy named Irvinewill treat the boy humanely, give him a hut and clothing..he will get summer wear of two shirts and two pants, and for winter wear, etc, etc. The details of the clothing he is to be given is very unusual and likely indicates this Negro boy was a house servant.

The master of the boy will receive $102.50, reverse with agreement of payment and countersigned, etc. No defects, no odors. measures about 6 x 8", written front and back. [ light pencil mark says "Richmond, Va" ]
