Here we have a really cool vintage 1967 Maxwell House Coffee cardboard playhouse. This playhouse has never been assembled. We found it unopened at an estate sale in Bloomfield Hills Michigan. We purchased it without seeing the contents of the box. When we opened the box to find out what this playhouse looked like and to take pictures - we found that this is the coolest playhouse ever!! -Looking at the instructions and the parts in the box it will be easy to set up and take down. The outside of this playhouse has the flowers and mailbox, plenty of space to add more art onto the exterior. (see pics) The inside of the house is plain and ready to play in and decorate (once you assemble)This would be great for the classroom and playroom. Kids love to play and decorate their houses. Hours and hours of fun!!

The walls measure approximately 40\" tall - the roof is approximately 36 by 30 - measured not assembled - this is just to give you an idea of its size.
