New 75 Schleich/papo/safari World Desert Animals: U.s.; Asia; S.america;africa For Sale
Up for sale are75 Schleich,PAPO/Safari/CollectA Animal Figurines from the Deserts of the World: the Mojave & Sonora of the Western U.S.; the Monte of S. America; the Atacama of Peru & Chile, S. America; the Gobi of Asia; Kalahari of South Africa; the Northern and Central Saharas of Africa; and Sub-Saharan Africa. These animal figurines are made by Schleich, a German toy manufacturer that has long produced figurines from resin, handpainted to reflect the skin, fur, personality and unique behaviors of the animal being depicted. Safari and Papo, are French companies, that have more recently produced an increasing number ofexotic animals and birds, often making them of rubber or plasticene but ensuring they are handpainted to reflect the personality of the animals. These figurines are great spurs to youthful imaginations, terrific for dioramas for science or social studies projects, and provide a great backdrop for railroad and other collectibles' scenes.
