We offer free local pick up at our offices in Tallahassee Florida during normal business hours. Direct pick-up at our warehouse is permitted for "Buy It Now" and "Store Inventory" items only and does not apply to items won in sales. sale items will be charged the full shipping price listed on each ad - no exceptions.

Orders are available to ship via USPS and may incur an additional handling charge. Free Shipping is not applicable. Depending on your location it will take an estimated 6-10 (or more) days for arrival. Shipments may be charged GST, Duty or Import charges upon their arrival in your country. All items are inspected for damage or defects prior to leaving our warehouse. If your item has clearly been damaged during shipment please refuse the shipment. When it's refused the carrier will return it to us and we can then make arrangements for a replacement to be shipped, a damage claim filed with the carrier, or a refund. Q: How do I initiate a return?
A: Please contact us via the message center and we will email an RMA form. This form must be on the outside of your return. This allows us to expedite the return process and issue a refund or a replacement.

A: Depending on your location, it may take from 2 to 6 business days for domestic orders. We also have a FedEx map that shows shipping zones and transit time in our shipping tab in our listings.
International orders can take up to 21 business days depending on your location; however, in most cases it is 6 to 12 business days.
Returns & Exchanges
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase it can be returned or exchanged within14 days of the date of receipt of your item. Please contact us through the message center, so we can resolve the problem. It is your responsibility as a customer to check the contents of your product upon arrival.
All returns must be made within14 days of delivery.--NO EXCEPTIONS. An RMA must be requested, then granted from American Hunter Inc, and emailed to the buyer, to initiate a return, exchange, or if you have received a damaged or defective product. All returned merchandise must be in the original packaging with the authorization (RMA#) clearly printed on the outside of the package, as well as a printed copy of the completed RMA form inside of the package. We strongly recommend you use a delivery service that can be tracked and insured. **Unauthorized returns will be refused!**
