Product Overview Delivery Returns Product Overview Kosta Boda is about as iconic to Sweden as the country’s little red Dalahäst horse. As one of the largest glassware groups in the Nordic countries, they have long created glass that is both artistic and functional – since 1742, to be precise!
Back then, Kosta Boda’s clientele included royalty, nobility, and wealthy merchants; those who could afford the company’s costly bottles, drinkware, window panes and even chandeliers. These days, Kosta Boda can be brought in to your own home for a lot less, and whether it be high-quality utility glassware or glass art, every piece has a story to tell.
Allow your eyes to deceive you every once in a while… In this vision, glass meets colour in unexpected ways, while the colours themselves overlap and seemingly shift like the aurora borealis. Then, light comes in to play, adding brilliance to a glass form. The result of all this, is the Mirage Vase – an exquisite vessel for artistic tastes.

Peter's of Kensington only delivers to addresses and post office boxes within Australia, New Zealand, USA, Canada, United Kingdom, Ireland, France, Italy, Spain, Germany, Netherlands, Norway and Switzerland.

Your parcel will be delivered by Australia Post's eParcel service, StarTrack Couriers or TNT within Australia or your national postal agent for New Zealand, USA, Canada, United Kingdom, Ireland, France, Italy, Spain, Germany, Netherlands, Norway and Switzerland during normal business hours.
For orders being delivered outside of Australia, the recipient may need to pay import duties before they can take delivery of the order. Any fees or duties are the responsibility of the recipient and cannot be reimbursed be Peter's of Kensington.
Upon delivery, the goods must be signed for. If a signature cannot be obtained at the time of delivery, a card will be left informing you of how to collect your parcel. Parcels will be held by each of the delivery services for their maximum hold time. However, should you not respond to their respective calling cards and the parcel is returned to us as unclaimed, further postage charges will be payable for re-dispatch. Postage charges paid for the original dispatch are not refundable.
Even though at Peter's of Kensington, we take pride in the care we take with packing all of our internet, phone and mail orders, sometimes, accidents or errors happen. Notification of damaged, incorrect or missing products must be received by our Customer Service Department within 48 hours of your parcel being signed for. Should your parcel contain a damaged or faulty item, Peter's will provide instructions on how to return goods in an appropriate manner. We understand that sometimes you may wish to return a product that you have purchased. Below we have outlined the Peter's Policy regarding Returns to assist you with this process.CHANGE OF MIND
If you have changed your mind about a purchase, Peter's of Kensington will offer a gift card, exchange, store credit or refund at our discretion, to the amount of the item(s) at the time of said purchase, provided that:
1. Items are returned within thirty (30) days of the time of receipt of goods;
2. You have proof of purchase; and
3. Items are in original, unopened and undamaged packaging.
Please ensure that the returned product is suitably packaged to prevent damage during return shipping. Items can be returned via post box or post office, depending on the size of the return parcel.

If in the unfortunate event your item arrives faulty, damaged or incorrectly shipped, please contact our customer service team or alternatively get in touch within thirty (30) days of receipt of goods. Should your item be deemed faulty, damaged or incorrectly shipped, Peter's of Kensington will provide a gift card, exchange, store credit or refund. Refunds will be processed according to your original method of payment.
If you believe your item is faulty after the 30 day time criteria, Peter's of Kensington may require you to send the item back at your expense for assessment. This cost will be refunded to you if item is deemed faulty.IN-STORE COLLECTS
The Returns Policy for in-store collect items correlates with that of "Purchases made online" (see above), with the exclusion that a change of mind shall permit you to a gift card, exchange, store credit or refund at our discretion at the time of collection.
