Free shipping is available for shipments to the US contiguous 48 States via UPS Ground ONLY. Dispatch time is 1-2 business days except back-to-school or holiday seasons. UPS Ground shipments usually arrive within 2-6 business days; however, please allow up to 14 business days for delivery especially during the peak seasons and severe weather conditions.
Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico can only be shipped via air services which require additional shipping charges. Please call 1-909-243-7068 for a rate quote prior to completing a purchase.
APO/FPO, Guam, US Virgin Island shipments can only be shipped via USPS (approx. 7-18 business days) which requires an additional surcharge depending on the item. Please call 1-909-243-7068 for a rate quote.
We ship worldwide to most international destinations except for oversized items (i.e. cello, Sr. drum set and upright bass). Additional shipping charges apply. We do not accept C.O.D (collect on delivery) payments. All purchase must be paid in full before shipping.
Sales Tax: 8.00% sales tax will be applied to your purchase if item is shipped to California.

Return for Refund: If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price (shipping charges are not refundable). Returned item must be in the original packaging and condition showing no signs of wear or abuse; otherwise the return will either be refused or a 20% restocking fee will be assessed. Please contact us to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#). Any items returned without a RMA# on outside of the shipping box may be refused. We recommend that you use a reliable carrier such as FedEx, UPS or DHL and insure your package when returning your item. KK Music Store is not responsible for shipping damages for returns.
Exchanges: If you have discovered that you purchased an incorrect merchandise, color, size, or simply want to upgrade to another item, please contact us to obtain an Exchange Merchandise Authorization Number (EMA#). You may return the package in its original packaging and condition for exchange within 30 days of receipt. Buyers will be responsible for the return shipping cost as well as the regular shipping and handling cost. Free shipping does not apply to exchange merchandise.
Damage Upon Arrival / Discrepancies: If you have received a damaged or discrepancy package upon arrival, please notify us within 24 hours of receipt and retain all original packaging (including the original corrugated box). We will request digital pictures of the damage/discrepancy item for reference, and arrange FREE replacement after we receive the pictures.
