LC Alice Clips on the back and detachable shoulder strap make this canteen a vital piece of field gear. You can never have too much drinking water. Durable double hook plastic snap closure on the case and a small front pocket with velcro closure designed to carry salt tablets to prevent dehydration. 2 quart collapsible canteen, nylon case, and detachable, adjustable shoulder strap.The type 2 cap pictured is the style cap winning buyer will receive attached to the canteen. This style cap has a drinking vent which can be used to insert a hose when wearing a gas mask or special breathing device. This style cap has been in use with the U.S. Military for 40+ years.
