Method of Doing Business: Always Essential does not stock any of its products but, rather, the suppliers ship its orders. The nature of our business is so that we accept orders, process payments and forward orders to the supplier of purchased items for them to ship directly to the buyer. This is referred to as drop shipping in the retail business. Doing business in this way allows us to offer an extremely larger variety of products than if we stocked our merchandise - a huge benefit to consumers. Also, this allows us to offer our products at drastically discounted prices due to the fact that it eliminates overhead. Because items are shipped from the supplier, availability of the item(s), quality of the item(s), accuracy in shipping the correct item(s), and processing and shipping time are in the control of the supplier. If problems arise in relation to these issues, Always Essential will work closely with the supplier to resolve the matter for the buyer. Quantity Available: Because this method of doing business is as such, we realize that the \"Quantity\" field at the top of the product page that shows a number of items as being \"available\" can be confusing. To explain, this is a field that requires a number be inserted in order to post the item as being for sale. If this number becomes \"0\" \'s system automatically removes the listed item and Always Essential is responsible for re-listing the item and inserting a number into the \"Quantity\" field once again. Essentially, in order to list a product that customers can purchase, there must be a number in the \"Quantity\" field showing as being \"available.\" However, in actuality, Always Essential does not have any of its products in its possession \"available\" to ship; its suppliers have them (unless the item is out-of-stock) and ship the purchased items as soon as possible. Because Always Essential\'s products are shipped directly from the supplier, customers can order as many of the item as they wish. If the desired number exceeds the number listed as being \"available\" please contact Always Essential to place a customized order. Availability:

If availability of an item is a concern at the time of placing an order, please contact us prior to placing your order. Always Essential works hard to keep its listings as current as possible in regards to the availability of each item by removing the listing when we find that the item is sold out or discontinued. However, some suppliers do not notify us when items are sold out or discontinued until we place an order for the item, at which time we contact our customer immediately and either refund his/her payment or suggest a similar product if available. Unfortunately, due to listing restrictions, we are not provided the option to note that the item ships directly from the manufacturer. Shipping time varies between products and suppliers due to stock availability policies; some products are stocked on a regular basis and other products are sold on a made-to-order basis. In-stock items generally ship in approximately 1 - 7 business days while made-to-order items generally take 2 - 6 weeks depending on the item purchased. For items that take more than a few days to ship on a regular basis, Always Essential sends an email notification stating such after receiving the order. *****If shipping time is a concern, please contact us for an estimated shipping timeframe prior to placing your order to avoid problems and disappointments.

Shipping time is longer during the peak Christmas shopping season and the week between Christmas and New Year\'s Day. Some of our suppliers shut down during that week, delaying shipping. We encourage you to place your order early during this time of year. Our suppliers have a cut-off date after which Christmas delivery is not likely. During the months of November and December we strongly advise that you contact us about the possibility of delivery in time for Christmas. Because our suppliers ship our orders according to their schedules and determine Christmas delivery cut-off dates, and carriers are in control of delivery, Always Essential does not guarantee delivery in time for Christmas. If shipment time is a concern, please contact us for an estimated shipping timeframe prior to placing your order to avoid problems and disappointments.

Delivery Details: The company used to deliver products is determined by the supplier of the purchased item. Items are shipped by ground. Expedited shipping is no longer offered because of various reasons. We sincerely apologize for the need to strictly enforce this policy. Shipping Location Exclusions: For various reasons Always Essential does not offer shipping to addresses outside of the 48 contiguous states of the USA. We will be happy to process an order to ship to a person within the 48 contiguous states of the United States who would be willing to forward the item to you. If you choose to do this, please place the order using that person\'s shipping address. Also, please be sure to have that person inspect the item before forwarding it to you to check for any potential defect, damage, or any error with the order to avoid any unnecessary expenses to you. Always Essential, nor its supplier, is responsible for any problem with items forwarded to locations outside of the 48 contiguous states of the USA. Undeliverable Address: The buyer, rather than Always Essential, is liable for all shipping and handling charges, and merchant account fees, and re-stocking fees incurred on orders that are undeliverable to the address we were provided and returned to Always Essential or the supplier. When placing your order, please make sure that you have provided us with your correct shipping address to which the delivery company is guaranteed it can make the delivery. When paying by PayPal Always Essential uses the shipping address provided on the PayPal order statement and has no way of knowing whether or not it is a deliverable address. In order to keep our prices low for our customers we cannot absorb charges incurred due to our customers\' errors.

Delivery to PO Box/APO/FPO Addresses: With our apologies, our suppliers do not ship to PO Box numbers or to APO/FPO addresses. Returns and Replacements:

Prior return/exchange authorization and instructions are required.

Full, free-of-charge, returns and/or replacements will only be granted if the merchandise has a manufacturer\'s defect, if we or our supplier made an error, or if the item is damaged during shipping. (Please note that your purchase is for the listed item only and not the box that the item may be packaged in, or the box it is shipped in. Therefore, returns and replacements only apply when the merchandise itself is defective or damaged). A return/exchange due to error or defect must be filed via email within 3 days of the receipt of the item or the request may be denied (based on supplier policy). Refunds of Shipping Charges on Items With \"Free Shipping\": In the event that a customer asks to return an item that free shipping was offered, the actual shipping and handling that Always Essential paid to have the item shipped to the customer is deducted from the customer’s refund (unless the return is due to a manufacturer defect, in which case the supplier who shipped the item covers the charge). Some suppliers Always Essential deals with have mandated pricing for the items, meaning that Always Essential is required to sell their products at a price specified by them or risk losing our account with that company. When able, Always Essential offers “free” shipping and handling to its customers to save them money, in which case, Always Essential pays the shipping and handling charge. However, in the case where a customer asks to return the item, the actual shipping and handling charge that Always Essential paid to have the item shipped to the customer is deducted from the refund (unless the return is due to a manufacturer defect, in which case the supplier covers the charge). Free shipping and handling is a cost saving service to our customer but the customer is responsible for the actual charge if he/she returns the item in any case other than due to a manufacturer defect. Order Cancellation or Re-routing: In extraordinary situations, orders can be canceled or re-routed while in transit. However, the customer is liable for any costs incurred (i.e., original shipping and handling charges, call tag to intercept or re-route the package, return shipping charges and re-stocking fees). Backordered or Discontinued Items:

All in-stock items are shipped by the supplier as soon as possible. Occasionally, our suppliers\' stocks get temporarily depleted or items are discontinued. Because many of our distributors do not inform us when items are backordered or discontinued, we have no way of knowing to remove these products from our listings. (Always Essential does not always remove backordered listings, depending on the estimated time of arrival of the supplier\'s next shipment.) If availability is a concern to you, please contact us prior to placing your order and request that we check the availability of the item. If a backordered or discontinued item is ordered, Always Essential will immediately contact the buyer to discuss possible options. If the customer keeps the item on backorder until the item is available for shipment, the item(s) is shipped at prices in effect when the item was ordered.

Supplier Errors: Always Essential cannot be held responsible for errors made on the part of its suppliers. Although errors are extremely rare, they do occasionally occur. In such instances Always Essential works closely with the supplier to ensure that the error is resolved respectfully and in as timely a fashion as possible. Monetary or Other Compensation: No monetary or material compensation will be given by Always Essential resulting from situations caused by its suppliers, by technology failures, by situations caused by the supplier\'s carrier, by inclement weather conditions or by any other situations caused by problems outside of Always Essential\'s control. Always Essential does everything in its power to ensure that each transaction goes smoothly. Unfortunately, inherent to the imperfection of humans and technology and having no control over weather events, errors and delays occasionally occur that interrupt the smoothness of a transaction. Although Always Essential feels badly when such an instance occurs, it does not offer any monetary or material compensation in these cases since it already offers extreme everyday price discounts to its customers on all of its products. For those who expect compensation for errors, delays, backorders, or discontinued items we kindly ask that you do not place an order with Always Essential. Company Guarantee: Always Essential guarantees the best customer service that is within its control. Questions will usually be answered within 24 - 36 hours; in some cases it may be slightly longer if the answer needs to be confirmed by the supplier. Orders are placed after payment is received and cleared. Because most of our business is conducted via email, promptness is contingent upon the proper functioning of the email system. Unfortunately, on occasion, we do not receive an email or a customer does not receive our response. If you do not hear back from us in a timely fashion, please let us know by re-sending your original message through . Because products are sent from the supplier, the supplier is responsible for inventory, shipment, product quality and product guarantees. Some suppliers process orders on a made-to-order basis and, therefore, they take time to manufacture and ship out. Although many products are readily available for shipment, occasionally an item is temporarily out of stock or has been discontinued without our knowledge. (Please refer to our \"Backordered or Discontinued Items\" policy.) Furthermore, Always Essential has no control over methods of shipment used by its distributors, or delivery time of its products. (Please refer to our \"Delivery/Shipping Details\" policy.) Every product on Always Essential\'s website is shipped by its suppliers; Always Essential never sees the item our supplier ships. Suppliers are solely responsible for product quality. Finally, because products are sent from the supplier, product guarantees are matters that need to be discussed with the supplier/manufacturer. In quality or product guarantee related issues that arise upon delivery of the item, please contact us and Always Essential will work with the customer and supplier to resolve the matter. If the item is defective or damaged upon receipt the supplier is responsible for returns or exchanges. Unfortunately, occasionally, an item is damaged during shipping by the carrier. Because the damage is caused by the carrier, the carrier is to blame and is responsible for shipping a replacement at its expense. Since Always Essential does not deliver its products, it appreciates not being blamed for damage done during shipping. In cases where a product is damaged during shipping, Always Essential closely works with the supplier and the customer to get a replacement shipped as soon as possible. Please contact us immediately if a damaged item is received so we can get the item replaced in a timely fashion. Again, please note that your purchase is for the listed item only and not the box that the item may be packaged in, or the box it is shipped in.
