I am unsure of the maker of this piece. I can find no mark anywhere. Just a single white raised bar on the back. It is16\" L x 11 1/2\" W x 2\" Deep. It is in mint condition. No damage cracks, chips or scuff marks. It is a beautiful deep Cobalt Blue with lots of Golf Leaf trim. It has birds and flowers in the center, that are multi colored. This looks like a Noritake piece but honestly I do not know its maker. It is a very nice piece in ex condition.
