Measuring standard for clothing:

Shoulder: seam to seam.

Bust: underarm seam to seam.

Waist: (shirt or dress) 6-8 inches below bust.

Hip: (shirt or dress) 8-9 inches below waist.

Total length: shoulder to hem.

buyer pays return shipping as well as 20% restocking fee. Item must be returned in condition in which it was sent, unworn, unused and with tags attached if applicable. 20% restock charge will be deducted from refund. This all must transpire within 14 days of buyer receipt of item. No exceptions. If I suspect buyer to be using refunds in a fraudulent manner, I will contact to alert them to this possibility.

I do make occasional mistakes in examining items, though I inspect them thoroughly, and mistakes are rare. I make every effort to offer only quality items for sale, and will work with you to correct things if it\'s an oversight on my part.
