If for whatever reason you are not 100% happy with your purchase please return it within 30 days for a full refund. Buyer required to pay
postage costs unless the item is not as described or damaged in transportation. Goods to be returned in their original do you source your stock from?
The stock is sourced from a variety of well established UK wholesalers, so there is no long period of waiting for stock to be shipped from
abroad which means we can replenish items quickly.
Some items will be one offs and in limited supply, others will be regular items, I am always on the look out for items that I feel people will
like and will sell well.
What types of products do you sell?
The shop doesn\'t specialise in one particular area, but you will find a great range of greetings cards, stamps, stationery, wedding items and
activity sets. I am in the process of expanding each category of products to try and offer a great selection of products.
The shop also has a selection of brands that were previouslysold in shops, such as High School Musical items for example.
All products are genuine.
How often do you change your stock?
I try to add new stock as often as I can to keep the shop fresh and interesting. There will be various items that will permanently feature in the
shop and others that will be a one off.
How quickly are items dispatched?
Items are dispatched the same day, (Monday to Saturday) if ordered before 5pm and payment has been received. Items ordered after 5pm
will be dispatched the next day, items ordered on Sundays will be dispatched on Monday or Tuesday in the event of a Bank holiday.
There will be some instances, such as Christmas and Easter when items will take longer to be dispatched due to Royal Mail stopping
their deliveries, this will be detailed in the individual listings, your items will be dispatched as soon as they resume their services.
What if my item is lost of damaged?
Items should be delivered to you in 2-5 days via second class postage and 1-2 working days for First class, please allow up to 15
working days as Royal Mail are allowed up to that time before a claim can be made. We will do all we can to find out what has
happened to your item/s in the event that there is a delay in you receiving them.
Every care is taken to ensure that your item arrives to you in perfect condition, in the event that an item is damaged, please get in
contact and we will sort out a replacement or refund for you.
How can I get my items quicker?
First class and Next day delivery options are available. If you pay for First class or Next day postage, you will only pay once, regardless if you
buy one or ten of an item, postage will be combined when purchasing two or more different items.
