- We offer a 30 day return from the original order date. TFLDealz will attempt to give you a replacement if available or a full refund and will arrange for and pay all shipping costs associated with authorized, defective returns. If we can’t duplicate the reason for a defective return, you will be charged a 15% restock fee and the shipping costs we incurred.
- If a product has been removed from the United States, after delivery within the country, regardless if this was via a family member, or any type of forwarder, our guarantee is no longer valid and the TFLDealz Warranty will be void. If there is an issue and the item must be returned to us, you are responsible for returning the product to the original ship to address within the United States as noted on the order. At that point, TFLDealz will provide a shipping return label as appropriate. We will not be responsible for any duties, taxes or other fees related to such a return.
- For returns, you must contact us for an RMA number. Product returned without an RMA number will be charged a 15% restocking fee.
- For non-defective returns, you are responsible for the original and return shipping costs. A non-defective return will be charged a 15% restock fee and we can provide a pre-paid return label and subtract the cost of this from your refund.
- Returned product must be in original boxes and packaging materials and you will be charged the replacement cost of missing, damaged or altered products and accessories.
- All returns must be postmarked within 9 days of the shipping label being issued to be considered within the return policy, or TFLDealz will charge the return shipping fee.
- Refunds will be processed to your account a few days after TFLDealz receives your authorized return.
