If the merchandise has manufacturer defects, we will provide you a prepaid shipping label to return the item(s). Once we received the item(s) back and after inspection, we will offer full refund (include original shipping cost).
If customers prefer to return the merchandise regardless any manufacturer defects or damages during shipping. We will charge 30% restocking fee (on the total invoice cost). Any original shipping charges will not be refunded.
