New England Glass Co 19C Antique EAPG Waffle & Thumbprint 5.5" Wine Glass Goblet
This wonderful Waffle and Thumbprint pattern piece measures 2 7/8" across the top and the base is about 2 7/8". The piece is is quite substantial and has a lovely ringing sound. There is one tiny micro-nick in the sharp cut of the stem. There are some air bubbles and micro flecks in the glass. It's very sparkling and very pretty - not cloudy. I have read that this pattern was possibly also made by the James B. Lyon Co. at about the mid 1800s. I just acquired several pieces in this pattern - let me know if you are looking for a specific piece. Shipping is FREE in the Continental US. Please email me for an INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING estimate or if you have questions. Thank youfor your business!
