About This Sale This is a genuine Superdry item for sale. Please use messages for all communication. We work office hours Monday to Friday 9am till 5pm, any questions received out of these hours will be answered the next working day.
All buyers are restricted to buying no more than 5 items in a 10 day period. New members with a feed back of 0 or less please send us a message including a contact number before offerding. Delivery We aim to pack and dispatch all our items within 48 hours of payment (Monday to Friday). A signature is required on delivery. Items won over the weekend will usually be dispatched on Monday. WE DO OFFER COMBINED DELIVERY DEALS. For the UK, the first item gets charged at full cost, and then we deduct £2 from each additional item's delivery and packaging fees. For worldwide, the first item gets charged at full cost, then we deduct £3 from each additional item's delivery and packaging fees. NOTE: Only items with a delivery charge greater than £2 are eligible for combined postage discount. These discounts will be automatically applied by ’s invoicing system. We accept returns if the item does not fit or if the item is not 100% as described by us. We will happily refund the full price of the item, once it has been returned and checked. Exchanges are subject to availability. Where replacement stock is not available a refund will be issued for your item.
Please inform us of any problems within 48 hours of receipt of your item using the resolution centre. A return address is provided as part of this process.

The item must be returned to us, in it's original condition, within 14 days of you receiving it. A refund will be issued within 5 working days of receipt of the returned item. Please do not contact us regarding your refund before 5 days have passed.
We advise you to use recorded delivery, or a delivery service that can be tracked and traced, as parcels that do not arrive back to us cannot be refunded by us.
International returns please note: If you are returning anything to us from outside the EU you must complete a customs declaration correctly indicating that the package contains 'returned goods'.
Postage charges will not be refunded unless goods are faulty or the wrong item has been shipped. Returns can only be accepted via post or courier; we do not offer a collection service.
