This gorgeous new wallet is made of authentic and rare vintage SILK Japanese kimono, which feels so luxurious!The special vintage kimono used, dating from 1910s to 1940s, was chosen for its beauty, as well as its impact on Japanese and Western design since the beginning of the 20th century.

The info that comes with the wallet is in French, English, and Japanese: Generations of Japanese women have stored this very fabric, in kimono form, by wrapping it in precious papers and placing it in cedar boxes. To continue the decades of care this fabric has already received, please protect this delicate fabric from excessive use and avoid direct contact with water.

Please do not be alarmed by any imperfections, flaws, or fading of the textile, which have been considered in the design of this product, making each piece unique, one-of-a-kind.

You can use it on any occasions you like: romantic nights out, elegant dinners, champagne brunches, the operas/the ballets, weddings/celebrations, parties, etc. Or for NO occasions at all!

The elegant wallet measures about 7" x 3.5".Dark grayish silver-color hardware. Silver-color fabric interior which has an open pocket on one side only. There is a small chain attached to the outside of wallet. Please note the wallet will not close properly if that chain is put inside the wallet.It is authentic, brand new, unused and will be shipped in original gift box.
