1. Stock photo: The item in this picture may be a custom photo of the actual item. We like to post a stock photo of a NEW item. 2. BUY it NOW versus sale listings: BUY it NOW (BIN) is a wonderful feature. This feature allows us to offer an item at what we believe is a really good fair market “sale” value, often as much as 75% below retail. When we suggest a Buy it Now (BIN) price, whether in regard to Vintage,Used items or Brand NEW, this price is based on what we believe buyers in a true sale would be willing to offer in order to buy the item at a fair price (which for new items on is always below MSRP), +/-10%. This is based on similar items, similar condition and most importantly---- similar quality , that have been sold recently on . Also, with BIN we offer the item without putting a ‘reserve’ price and making the buyers play the game of waiting to see if their best offer will even meet the reserve. If you know what you are willing to pay we invite you to make your ‘best offer’(when available)– if we are satisfied we will accept it, otherwise, no harm. We urge you not to wait and see what the item sells for because in most cases our offering will be a one-of-a-kind item from us- and once it’s gone, it’s gone!
3. We are always happy to accept PayPal. Your PayPal payment is expected within 24 hours of close of sale or we reserve right to offer the item to another buyer. In most cases we will extend the time for completion of the buyer’s performance.
4. Any questions, please email before offerding. Most items we offer are non-returnable, unless not as described. If you are not sure whether an item is returnable, email to clarify or assume it is not. The picture(s) in the listing are part of our description, and we pack and ship to ensure that you receive the item as described. If you have a particular shipping or packing request, please email before paying so that we may price the mode of shipping/packing to accommodate your wishes. Some items that are new may have the UPC carefully removed for promotional purposes, please ask before offerding if this is important to you and we will give specifics about this particular item. Also, we describe everything as accurately as we are informed, but if you are unsure about an item, and we have not answered your question as fully as you would like, we expect you to do your own research. Some items are packed in original manufacturer’s box. If you want to know if this item is still in original box, and the description does not say, please ask. Some items require more packing and even a trip to the shipper, and these costs may be included in the shipping & handling fees. Sadly, shipping costs are on the rise, and in addition to the fees charges seller for the winning price, now charges sellers 10% on top of the shipping costs and Paypal is approximately 3% more. To defray this cost we have begun to charge a nominal handling fee. Some items are listed as free shipping but have a mailing fee to be charged if you want the item mailed. An example of this is Kaspersky Internet Security for 3 devices, one year protection. Kaspersky sells this without the CD so the user is required to download from program from the Kaspersky website but use the authenticity key which we email for free or mail with the Quick Start Guide via USPS.
5. If you receive an item that is broken or otherwise not as described, please email us with your telephone number for a return authorization within 3 days of your receipt. Any and all returns for whatever reason must be shipped back within 5 days after your receipt (per the shipping confirmation) or a refund will not be given. We always want you to be delighted with your purchase and we will make every effort to that end. It is important to keep all packing materials, particularly if a claim must be made to the carrier. Some items are manufacturer warranted, see description for details. Note: We cannot guarantee that the ‘package’ of the item will arrive without dents, tears, or cracks, etc.– all shippers mistreat packages. We do promise that the item itself that you are buying arrives as described, if it does not please let us know upon receipt and we will do everything to resolve the issue to your satisfaction!

7. We only ship to the lower 48 states, however, if the item is one which you believe we could ship to you, please contact us before offerding and we will confirm shipping fees. We state a maximum time within which we will ship (in case of the unexpected), however, we almost always ship the next business day after receipt of cleared funds/payment (see our response!).
