Nice Early Fray 112 Spofford Patent Bit Brace Pre-stanley :
This is a pretty early one, I believe the head is lignum vitae and has a nicely dished underside. The rosewood on the grip has a streak of sapwood, making it prettier than most. Overall it is in good working condition, no bends or damage, only minor dents and dings to both wood and metal. Very little nickel remains, but it has been cleaned to a collector quality finish. A few remnants of pitting but nothing bad by any means, the stamps are strong. Don't miss out on this one.
