Nice Early Pair Japanese Cloisonne Enamel and Bronze Vases
An unusual pair of Japanese cloisonne vases.
Decorated with chrysanthemums and daisies
in various stages of bloom with foliage on a
beautiful robins egg blue enamel ground.
Made in Japan CA. mid to late 19th century.
FOR THIS ANTIQUE IN GOOD CONDITION!
Both vases measure
6" (15cm)tall, 2 3/4" (7cm) wide at shoulder.
Good overall condition. One vase has three vertical
cracks in the enamel. (seen in pics 2,5,14 to 16 ). The
other has a small shoulder bruise next to the white
flower near the top (seen in pic 17 ). Both have
very slightenamel pitting in a few small areas.
Someshelf scratches and wear to bases.
