Nice New (but With Some Age) Limoges Trinket Box, Palm Tree & Hut For Sale
We offer for your offerding a nice new Limoges Trinket Box which depicts an island scene.
This great little box measures three and one-quarter inches high and is two and three-quarters of an inch wide. Needless to say, being new, it is in perfect condition but unfortunately we havemisplaced our stash of original boxesthat were in our inventory. Try aswe may we haven't been able to locate them. Probably after we sell all of these boxes, and there are still many, we will find the boxes they came in.This trinket boxhas a palm tree complete with two very large cocanuts, an island hut, and the face of the sun as the clasp. Painted inside is a conch shell. This particular box comes from the wonderful Rochard Collection of Limoges, France and, of course, it was hand-painted.
