This is an Alpco brand leather wrapped Japanese flint & fluid lighter. Light blue lady\'s lighter with gold tone pin/pearl on front. Works great. The leather band around the body is intact and NOT loose at all.very nice condition.No personalization marks anywhere.Sparks and lights perfectly.Blue leather in very nice condition.See pictures.
