The pottery Kähler Keramikværksted was founded in 1839 and was a family pottery until 1974, it was located in Næstved, Denmark.
All the pottery is signed with \"HAK\" after the son of the founder Herman August Kähler.This dish or bowl is made by Nils Kähler (1906-1979), who is from the last generation before the pottery closed.NilsKähler had special talent for following the design trends of the time. His production was characterised by the simple designs.He made vases, jugs, ash trays and lamp feets.
Today a new company produces pottery with the Kähler label but it´s not handmade and not made in Denmark anymore.
It has signature HAK and Danmark text!Beautiful vintage condition!No large chips, no cracks, no repairs or crazing.NOTE: There is small chip on upper edge. Look photos!
