Our items are sold AS-IS, and we only allow returns if one of the following has happened: The item was damaged in shipping, you were shipped the wrong item, or the item was described as working and it is not on arrival. We will not honor any claim of DOA or PROBLEMS if not reported to us within 14 business days (weekends are not business days) WE DO RECORD THE SERIAL NUMBER OF ALL ITEMS BEFORE SHIPPING, AND WILL VERIFY UPON RETURN.
