This is a number 40 (4 quart) DAZEY butter churn jar only. It is the slope shoulder jar with patent date. It is also embossed MADE IN AMERICA. This jar has great markings and is in excellent condition.. The only flaw is a shallow chip on the inside of the rim. This churn takes a fully marked top which should not be hard to find in the 4 quart size.
Note: The dark spot on the shoulder of the jar shown in the picture is a light reflection. It is not damaged.
