OLD ANTIQUE VENETIAN FEATHER LARGE GLASS BEAD LONG NECKLACE

For sale starting at 99p we have a stunning antique glass bead necklace.
Chunky oval shaped graduated glass beads, the largest bead isover 1" wide.
Butterscotch yellow with swirls of red, these beautiful beads are spaced with black faceted glass beads.
There are 33 of the large swirl beads, each beautifully handmade so of course each one is different.
They are strung without a clasp as they are long enough to go over the head. When doubled, the necklace measures 13" so will be about 26" in total.
Condition. I would consider these in great condition for age. The surfaces are uneven and there are bubble holes from manufacture. These are part of the character in these antique beads and to be expected. The string is very old and I would advise having then restrung before wear for security as they are heavy and I have no way of knowing when they were last strung.
