Old Pawn Zuni Sleeping Beauty Turquoise Earrings Sterling Silver "m. Wakaniw" For Sale
You are offerding on a very pretty pair of ZUNI old pawn earrings in solid sterling silver with 16 pieces of Sleeping Beauty Turquoise (8 in each). For pierced ears. Circa 1960's. Made by ZUNI artist "MARLENE WAKANIW". She didn't sign them but it has been verified that this artist made these earrings. They are not stamped sterling, which is common for the era, but have been tested and are guaranteed solid sterling silver. Please find the matching pendant in one of my other sales. These are from an estate in northern Colorado. All if great condition and none with any damage or cracks in the stones, etc. This estate has some Navajo, but mostly ZUNI collections.
