LUKOMSKY ILYA Abelevich. Born in 1906 in Polotsk, Vitebsk, in the family of the employee. Although his Environment was far from art, artistic inclinations he showed early. In 1922, when Lukomsky was 16 years old, he entered the Moscow Higher Art and Technical Studios (VHUTEMAS). He studied with such teachers as Kuznetsov, L. Bruni, V. Tabor, NM Chernyshev. Discharged after a year of service in Moscow Proletarian Infantry Division, he was the fall of 1931 returned to the creative work.
