OLD VINTAGE ANTIQUE IOOF MAGIC LANTERN SLIDE PROJECTOR WARD STILSON NEW LONDON OH
Item Description
Hi, I have up for sale this early antique magic lantern slide projector. This come from a IOOF lodge. The wooden case has IOOF paitnings on it. The wood box measures 24" x 12" x 9". The projector measures about 19" long. Has a brass lens that is marked 10 in EF DSSC Detroit
Stamped Ward Stilson Co on the back and New London on the front. My research said that this company was founded in 1888 and moved to Anderson in 1913
The projector looks to be complete, although I'm not sure. The brass lens looks good. The bellows look good and I don't see any damage to them. The projector does show a lot of surface rust but I don't see any rotting
