Original 1952 John F. Kennedy Typed Letter Signed Unconditionally Guaranteed:
Very rare and wonderful, June, 1852 Typed Letter Signed by future President John Fitzgerald Kennedy - NOT a secretarial or autopen but an original signature in the hand of John F. Kennedy as a member of the United States House of Representatives. This outstanding, hand signed Letter measures approx. 6 1/2" by 9 1/2” and is beautifully double matted and framed for display using archival materials and techniques.
The Letter is written on Kennedy's "Congress of the United States / House of Representatives" stationary which identifies him in print as being the Representative of the 11th Massachusetts District and as a member of the "Education and Labor" as well as the "District of Columbia" Committees.
The body of the Letter is typed in a rich and bold, blue ink and dated June 20, 1952 - well before Kennedy began to use an autopen and (as stated by Hamilton) before he began to make extensive use of secretarial signatures in 1954. The signature is entirely consistent with all five authentic examples of Kennedy's signature found on page 45 of Hamilton's "The Robot that Helped to Make a President" (these five were all from 1953) as well the 4 authentic exemplars on page 46 (all executed by Kennedy in 1952). The signature of John F. Kennedy affixed to the Letter offered here is unconditionally guaranteed authentic, original and in the hand of John F. Kennedy. The Signature and Letter are backed by our “no questions asked” return policy and lifetime guarantee of authenticity. The Signature is unconditionally guaranteed to be deemed authentic by any third party authentication service and the Letter will be accompanied by our own Letter of Authenticity with a statement of our unconditional return policy and guarantee of authenticity.
The Letter is written to a Mr. Halford (sic: Halfyard) - actually Robert L. Halfyard a Boston Attorney - and reads in full:
“Dear Mr. Halford
Would you be so kind as to help me in getting signatures on my nomination papers? (for U.S Senate) I appreciate deeply the interest you have shown in me in the past and I hope you can give me a hand now in my campaign for the United States Senate.

If you and your friends feel you can fill more sheets, please call my Headquarters at 44 Kilby Street, Boston, LA-37600, and let us know how many papers you desire.
I am looking forward to seeing you soon. Once again my thanks for your past help and rest assured that I will always remember whatever aid you can give me in this campaign.
(signed) John Kennedy) / John F. Kennedy”
