Colorful fox…by Orlando Mandarin
This lovely fox with a huge twist in it\'s tail was hand carved from a single piece of wood by Orlando Mandarin of Oaxaca, Mexico and nicely painted by his wife, Magdalina Santiago. Orlando is the son of famed carver Antonio Mandarin, who is one of the original wood carvers. Orlando worked with his father for many years to learn this craft and has only been carving and painting his own figures for two years or so. He has created an original and simple style of painting and carves his figures so they are full of motion. This figure is 6 3/4\" high, 6\" long and 2 1/2\" wide.Shipping and handling are included in the price of the figure, not an additional charge,and the carving will be sent to you by priority mail.Payment needs to be made through PayPal and I will ship your carving within 24 hours of receiving payment.
