Old Antique Rusty Silver Dot Cheek Horse Bird Bit Buermann Rein Chains For Sale
This is a great looking old antique horse bit--it is shown in the August Buermann catalog that is shown in photo above--the Buermann Co. made lots of these old bird cheek bits--some marked and some not--due to the amount of rust I can see no mark on the mouth piece--I have not cleaned bit but will leave that up to the new owner--it is a loose jaw cheek style--5 in. wide mouth--7-1/4 in. long cheek--1-7/8 in. high port--2 old lip chains--8 in. long rein chains and old chain under the chin--this bit and chains all look original to me and it will look great on the wall--in an old bridle or in your collection.....thanks for looking.....
