Old German Schafer & Vater Figural Skeleton Bottle Flask Decanter & 4 Skull Cups For Sale

c. 1890's to 1920's SCHAFER & VATER Figural SKELETON "POISON" Bottle/Flaskwith 4 matching SKULL CUPS.The bottle measures 7" tall x 3" across at the widest point.The cups measure 1-3/4" tall x 1-1/4" across.The bottle is marked "Made in Germany" on the bottom, and
just by the edge of the M in "Made" and the G in "Germany" is the
impressed crown mark for Schafer & Vater (see photo).CONDITION:The bottle is in excellent condition, with no chips, cracks or repairs.There is a mfg. pinhole pop on the front lower right robe (see 3rd photo).
The cups are all in excellent condition, with no chips, cracks or repairs.
On the front inside edge of one cup is an underglaze chip, which
is a manufacturing defect (see photo).Another cup has a 3/4" vertical line inside, but it is not visible on the outside.
I wasn't able to photograph this, because it is faint.Three of the cups are marked "Made in Germany" on the bottom.
One cup is unsigned and is a little lighter in color than the
other three cups, so it is possible that this one came from
another set; it is identical in shape to the other three cups.
This set is another fine example of Schafer & Vater's great quality and design!
