Old Racine Tires Tin Tacker Dealer Sign - 1920s - Htf - Nice For Sale
Up for sale is a vintage RACINE TIRES Tin Tacker Dealer Sign. It states 'Every Tire A Good Tire' in a circle logo and 'Racine Rubber Co.' underneath it. The dealer was (obviously) Lord's Garage, Tilton, N.H. I would guess this to be from the 1920s (possibly teens), but I am unsure of it's exact age.The sign is 31" long x 10" tall and is in very good, displayable condition. It has some surface rust, mostly confined to the top, left corner and around the edge in spots. There are various small nail holes and afew wrinkles as well. The back only has light surface rust. I bought this at a barn sale in Montana about 8 years ago and it hung in my man cave. This is a harder to find sign that would make a nice addition to anyone's collection.
