You are offerding on an antique late 18th century Indian shield dhal. This is a battle shield well constructed for this. It is large but light almost 20 inches in diameter. It was originally painted red now almost completely gone. The rings on the back are all all forge welded and the seam is very hard to see the blacksmith did a very good job. The shield has heavy patina. Great piece. and have fun... and offer high:-)
